Cyan Updates Myst for Apple Silicon

This is more of a nostalgia post for me then anything else. I blew through hours playing the original Myst on my Macintosh Quadra 650 (if memory serves me). I was fascinated by the fully rendered environment and learned Rand and Robyn Miller had used HyperCard on a Mac Quadra 700 and rendered the scenes with StrataVision 3D. I had just started dabbling in 3D on a Silicon Graphics workstation but was always on the lookout for capable Mac 3D software. I'd settled on Alias Sketch, and Infini-D but StrataVision was also added to the mix thanks to what I experienced playing Myst.

The series offered for the Mac these days is for the "2.0" release redesigned to be fully 3D rendered (no more slideshow) along with other improvements.
