DesignCuts Closes Its Doors

Today, I received an email from DesignCuts prompting me to upload any purchases I'd made in prior years because they had closed down opperations after 11 years. It was a bit of a let down to hear one of the better advocates for the creative community was going out of business. They were encouraging their members to be a part of Creative Market who I'm assuming bought out any remaining aspects of the business.

I've read the shut down was sudden and shocking to those in the creative community.

I enjoyed purchasing quality fonts, patterns, and great Procreate brushes (like the one featured above) at a reasonable price. I also read they were a bit more generous with their designers than other creative marketplaces and that loss stings a bit more in this environment.
